About Robert Blacklidge

Robert Blacklidge

I was born in San Diego, California at the end of WWII. After the war my family moved back to Sylvania, Ohio, a suburb of Toledo, where I was raised with strong Midwestern values. After Sylvania High School I attended California State University Long Beach, graduating with honors. When I graduated from college I enlisted in the United States Navy and served as an officer during my tour of duty.

I have always been passionate about helping people safeguard and grow their retirement assets. This passion led me to helping war Veterans obtain additional income for home care, assisted living and skilled nursing home care benefits from the Veterans Administration.

To increase my effectiveness in assisting Veterans I became one of an elite number of individuals in Texas to become an Accredited Agent as only Accredited Agents, Accredited Attorneys and representatives from Veteran Service Organizations are authorized by the VA to assist Veterans with this program.

With over 35 years experience conducting educational workshops and training individuals I can make the most complex issues easily understandable to anyone. I will be happy to explain the Veterans Benefits program to you and your family.
